I am developing a business based on an multi-vendor eCommerce shopping cart application. I am in the process of evaluating and acquiring an eCommerce application that will form the core requirements (currently looking at oscMall & X-Cart). It will use php and mySQL and require modification using php and mySQL to develop custom forms and make it support my specific business requirements. I have a well thought out business specification and form templates and have made some progress using an out of state programmer whose availability has become an issue.
